Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the official receipt.
  
  

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Opened diapers, wipes, formula milk, and baby food
  
  

• Feeding bottles, breast pumps, and accessories once opened

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you discover a manufacturing defect or were given the wrong item, please report it within 48 hours of purchase.
