Elora Shipping Policy
Effective for Elora, Door #4 Alder Building, Km. 8 Ulas, Davao City
At Elora, we want every order to reach your family safely and on time. Here’s how our shipping process works:
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer:

Local delivery within Davao City through trusted third-party riders (e.g., Maxim, Grab, Lalamove).

No nationwide shipping yet, but we’re working on expanding soon.
2. Delivery Schedule

Orders placed between 9 AM – 6 PM may be delivered same day, depending on rider availability.

Orders placed after 6 PM will be scheduled for the next day delivery.

We will message you via Facebook, SMS, or call to confirm your schedule.
3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fee is shouldered by the customer and based on the chosen third-party rider’s rate.

Fees are paid directly to the rider upon arrival (or via app if applicable).
4. Order Confirmation & Packing

Once payment is confirmed, we pack your items securely using clean, baby-safe packaging.

We send a photo of your prepared order before dispatching with the rider.
5. Delivery Attempts

Riders will wait up to 10 minutes at the drop-off location.

If the delivery fails due to the customer being unreachable, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Orders not accepted upon delivery are considered final sale and nonrefundable.
6. Delays & External Factors
Delivery may be delayed during:

Heavy rain or flooding

High rider demand

Road closures or traffic issues
We’ll always keep you updated and make sure your order stays safe until it reaches you.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please check your items upon receiving them.

For damaged or wrong items, message us within 24 hours with photos or videos.

We’ll review the issue and provide the best resolution.
